– Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
– If Nilaya Pearl is at fault, we will:
– Cover the cost of sending a replacement and the customer’s return shipping.
– Offer a refund to the original payment method or store credit, as the customer chooses.
– If Nilaya Pearl is not at fault but both parties agree to a return, the customer will cover return shipping and may receive store credit or a refund.
– Customers must return the original item before a replacement or refund is processed, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
